Coach John Wooden is considering to be the greatest College Basketball of all time. He lead his UCLA Bruins team Men's basketball team to 10 National Championships while he was there and during that period they won 7 in a row! Coach Wooden is also known for his passion to teach young adults how to be the best they can be both in and out of competition. In 2001, Coach Wooden gave a speak at the TED lecture series.
Homework: Please watch the 17 min video from Coach Wooden with your Mom or Dad, Sister or Brother, or entire family. On Thursday bring in what you would define success as and we will share it with the group.
CFK is a FUN! strength and conditioning program for young athletes and kids alike. It is used by athletic teams, coaches and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely.
