The Air Squat

This first month in Morristown, we will be working on the correct form to use when squatting. Every workout will have squats in them. The squat will be taught each class, this will vary as there are several variations of squats to do. We look forward to teaching your kids this fundamental skill and having lots of fun with them.
Please be aware that we will be outdoors, even on cooler days, so be sure to send
your child with a sweatshirt or jacket each class.
